Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from The Mini Collective 💛
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached

Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to deny any returns that appear worn, stretched, or damaged.

Online Purchases

Items purchased online may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and shipped to The Mini Collective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, as well as shipping costs for any exchanged items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale, Pre-Sale & Special Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Clearance items
  • Pre-Sale Wapsie Valley Merch
  • Promotional or seasonal sale items
  • Any items marked “Final Sale”
