Our Story

Like many great ideas, The Mini Collective started with a mom, a dream, and a little too much online shopping. 

What began as a search for cute, quality clothes for my own little ones quickly turned into a full-blown passion for finding pieces that were modern, playful, and built to last longer than a growth spurt. After realizing that other parents were on the same hunt, I decided to bring those finds home, to our small town of Fairbank, Iowa!

At The Mini Collective, every item is carefully chosen with real families in mind (yes, including the ones who leave the house with cereal stuck to their sweaters.. no judgment, we've all been there!) We are here for the everyday moments, the special occasions, and the everything in between.

Founder/Chief Mini Curator

The heart behind The Mini Collective. Leah handpicks every item you see in the shop and makes sure everything is as stylish, soft, and sweet as your little ones. When she's not chasing trends (or toddlers), she's dreaming up displays, running the store, and balancing everything mom life has to offer. 

Christian

Head of Heavy Lifting & Dad Jokes

From building displays to hauling boxes, Christian is the muscle behind the magic. He also provides critical comic relief, late-night snack runs, and the occasional "Do we REALLY need this many bows?" reality check. Spoiler alert: we do. 

Ford

Assistant to the Regional Manager

Always dressed for success (and sometimes covered in snack crumbs), Ford brings serious style and even more serious opinions about which shirts are "cool". He's great at modeling, not great at standing still. 

Reese

Director of Cuteness

Small but mighty, Reese oversees all things adorable and helps keep morale high with hugs, giggles, and the occasional tantrum. She's passionate about tutus, twirls, and rearranging the shelves with no one's watching.
